League Rules and Regulations
Any questions, concerns, protests, problems, should be brought to my attention from the manager/coach of the team and the manager/coach of the team only!! This should also be discussed to me before or after a game. Person to person, phone call, or by e-mail. I will not listen to other players regarding these matters. Please know that this is a warning to all the teams! Consequences could result to ejections!We reserve the right to remove players and or teams if they violate the rules, including violent and or unethical acts!
Once the season starts all players have only 3 weeks to change to another team if they choose to. (pending approval from both managers!)
New players will not be able to be added to teams after their 8th week!
This is an 11 Vs. 11 league. All players must be 18 years and over, with proof of I.D.
All players must pay full fees, sign the registration and disclaimer form before
they are eligible to play.There are no refunds!There are no refunds in tournaments if a team has committed to play and then backs out.
All players must wear shin guards and soccer cleats while playing.
Every team that is scheduled to play the last match of the evening is responsible for putting down their nets. (Men Only)
All games in all divisions will be 35 Minute Half's,
The men's and women's divisions are open. No slide tackling allowed! All teams must register with a minimum of 10 players and with a maximum of 25 players.All teams must have a minimum of 7 players in order to play in a game. In the event that a team has less than 7 players at game time, the team will have to forfeit the game. There will be free substitution during all games.
2 yellow cards in one game will result in a red card and an automatic ejection and a suspension for the next league game.An accumulation of a total of 4 yellow cards per player per season will be a result of a one game suspension for the next league game and a accumulation of 3 yellow during the playoffs!1 red card will be an automatic ejection and a suspension for the next league game or playoff game.3 Red Cards in the regular season automatic ejection from the league! 2 in the playoffs!
Fighting amongst players and or teams will absolutely not be tolerated. In the event that a player or players engage in fighting, the players involved will be removed from the league with no refund. (Arrest by the local authorities may also result).Rowdy fans may also be removed from the soccer fields and could cost teams a forfeit. Cheating in any way will also be absolutely not tolerated. In the event that teams or players get caught cheating may result in a forfeit and or suspensions and or removal from the league with no refund!
Alcohol, Drugs, and Weapons are strictly prohibited in games, fields, and or in the parks.3 points will be awarded to each winning team. 1 point will be awarded for every tie. 0 points will result in every loss.In the event that teams end up in a tie at the end of the regular season. Team positioning will be determined by goal differential first then by head to head. Penalty kick shootouts will only be used for playoff and Championship games. There will be no sudden death overtime involved during regular season, playoffs, or championship games.
This will be a year round league.There are 3 seasons in each calendar year. There will be a Spring Season, Summer Season, and Fall Season There will be no games during the winter months, major holidays, hard rain and or drastic weather. In the event that any games get canceled, there will be make up games!
